Thank you for thinking about your mental health today.

 

You may be interested in beginning therapy for a number of reasons. Perhaps you are going through a life transition, or school-related stress is at its high, maybe your interpersonal relationships are flaring up, or maybe you are struggling with your self-esteem and/or self-identity.

Regardless of your reasons, I am glad you are here. I provide therapy to children, tweens and teens, and adults of all genders, sexualities, races, ethnicities, religions, and socioeconomic statuses. In therapy, I hope to help you move towards a place of growth and comfort, while sharing mental health techniques along the way.
